As a blogging professional for over 7 years and owner of a successful WordPress SEO design company, I would have to say that putting your best foot forward in your marketing and SEO blogging efforts is of paramount importance.
In a nut shell, don’t ruin your reputation by writing shoddy SEO marketing fodder. It isn’t about quantity, it’s about quality and when it comes to SEO busines blogging, my recommendation is to only blog (publish) when you are in a good head space so that you are most effective.

Truth be told, the majority of your visitors don’t know you from Adam, which includes every nuance of your illustrious career and expertise. All they know is what they are reading in the here and now, so it better be an excellent read or you are doing a grave disservice to yourself by publishing it.
When you are not in your SEO blogging groove, don’t blog or at least don’t publish to the world what you blog. Maybe you’ve had an extremely stressful day and you are not in the right frame of mind for writing an amazing blog post that sends your true message out far and wide. So be it. Write to your heart’s content and keep it in draft mode – tomorrow is another day and a better day for blogging and publishing what you SEO blog about.
